In my opinion I will have to go with No More Heroes.

No More Heroes has a lot of things that other 3rd party games don't have:

1. Orignality

2. Great use of the Wii-mote and nunchuk.

3. Great boss battles.

4. A crazy-over-the-top storyline.

5. Travis Touchdown is an awesome protagonist for a game like this. He represents every nerd/otaku out there and you have to love the guy.

I would have to go with Okami.

Yeah, yeah, I know... It's a port of a PS2 game. But that PS2 game was an amazing game, and with added Wii features such as true Widescreen and Wiimote functionality, the Wii-make turned out to be a masterpiece. The learning curve can be pretty tough, but once you get past it, battling foes and using the Celestial Brush is a flawless experience.

The gameplay is tried and true, but at the same time goes into new territory for a simply refreshing experience, the graphics are simply gorgeous, the bosses are larger than life (Nechku & Lechku are probably my favorite bosses this generation. I mean, steampunk demon owls? Yes please.), and the story has many a touching moment, whether you're laughing or getting teary eyed.

Okami is simply a game that cannot be missed, whether you own a PS2 or a Wii.

And just for kicks, here's my top 5 3rd party Wii games (I still have yet to play de Blob >_<):

1. Okami
2. Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
3. No More Heroes
4. Guitar Hero: World Tour
5. Boom Blox

I really can't decide between Okami and No More Heroes.

Honour mention to de Blob and Zack & Wiki.

I would tie up No More Heroes, Boom Blox, and World of Goo (those cute little guys... *sniff*)

Three way tie between No More Heroes, Call Of Duty: World At War and Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition.

RE4 all the way. Must get World of Goo though to see if the review hype is true. Still don't get NMH

de Blob for me, then again I heard Zack and Wiki and Okami were good.

I think the title has to go to RE4 by miles.  Unless it is ruled out for being a port of a PS2 port of a Gamecube game.
