DO NOT DO IT. It could end BADLY. Date only people you know you can avoid forever after it's over. Not saying that you necessarily need to avoid people after, but is just nice to know that you can, in case it ends badly. People are going to say that's imature, but these people are either the exception to the rule or simply people who haven't done it themselves to know what is like. STAY AWAY!
If you said that you wanted to do her, I would have said go for it. But you said you are interested in dating her. That's a different thing.

It might go well between you & her but don't do it. It could potentially end horribly. I've personally seen things go really bad between co-workers who started dating. Don't date people you work with ever.
