A) 279$ Canadian (I wouldn't pay above retail)
B) 50$ (Only if it had something like XBMC for it otherwise I wouldn't pay a cent as I already have the big games from the system on PC)
C) 79$ and only if they fix the power draw from the unit. I'd use it for games of course and to watch movies duh. ;)

Not a slam against any of the systems. Each system has it's uniqueness. I just prefer Wii and PC games. I have a ton of great games to play for each of my systems so I'm not losing out on anything.

so it has to be over $100, but less than the X360? So you really mean never right?

a) Wii - $1-$99. games dont interest me.

b) 360 - $399. bought it at that price and dont regret it ;D

c) ps3 - $1 - $99. too overhyped and all the multiplats run terrible compared to 360.

Wii- $100- Not having DVD playback is a negative.

360- $200 for premium- Since I would have to pay for live I want to spend as little as possible for the console. Great games. Would mainly get it for Gears and the exclusive JRPGs.

PS3- $650 since that's what I paid for it and worth every cent. Gives me all the gaming and high definition viewing I could ask for.

a) $99... I bought an inexpensive gamecube recently and intend to do the same for the wii during next generation. This valuation will change if the Wii becomes the PS2 of this generation game wise.

b) I Don't know.. I have a PC that can play modern games. The only games I really want to play are GeoW, GeoW2, Castle Crashers, and Rez HD.

c) $550. About $50 more than the PS2 launched for (in Canadian dollars). Would of liked for it to be cheaper.

I tend to buy one current console per generation and catch up on what I missed later. I buy one at/near launch and buy the rest much later for cheap, and that's what this valuation is based on. Nothing against the other consoles.

A) $1 - $99 Maybe... it can be fun when friends are at home...
B) If someone gives me one I would sell it on ebay, MS doesn't diserve to enter my home.
C) $600+

Looks like fanboyish, but I really think the PS3 was worth the price I paid it, I'm not much interested in the Wii (even if I made my mother buy one for herself), and I don't hate the 360 as itself (nothing REALLY bad about it) but I do hate Microsoft, really, they diserve to bite the dust.

a) $75 almost every game I have played is pathetic.

b) $400 great games and online service.

c) $50 every game on the PS3 that interests me is on the 360

c) ps3-$400+ (well, whatever i paid after they dropped the price and discontinued the 60GB)

i dont regret paying whatever i paid when i bought the consoles as ive enjoyed one thing or another on each of them (and the wife's happiness on the wii is priceless... even though all mario kart sessions end with name calling).
