Since the Wii didn't really get any other "of the Year" notations from any major media, I think WiiSports, WiiPlay, and WiiFit definately deserve an article stating how they are the Best Selling of the Year.

This year, next year, the year after that... etc. =)

Although... "Best Selling"... that's kind of an award that... doesn't really need an award?  Not really something you need a trophy for -- Nintendo could just go out and buy themselves a trophy with all the cash they made from those titles.  Its "Highest Grossing" an "award" other forms of media dole out to their participants?

You have all of the info you need.  In fact, you could use the recent article by the Source for a lot of the info. Now, it would take a lot of work to include Others but it could be done if you really wanted to.  Why not just include Japan and the Americas?

I would assume this is just the way to display it. I mean, the source is probably using some other means of data crunching. Think excel for a start.

I don't see how that would be a very interesting article, I mean you could look these all up yourself in the games database couldn't you? Would probably be interesting on a site where you don't have direct access to the numbers, but here you do.

I think it would be a fun article and I could likely do the number crunching in a couple of hours or less.
