if I just had to knock em down, then I could probably do above 50

if I had to actually knock them unconscious, then I would tire a lot easier. I know from practise I can do about 80 good strong quick hits before I tire myself out. I'm not sure the average 5 year old could take a strong hit, but once I'm tired I'll be hitting weaker and I'll have to put more into em.

it would just be a matter of taking out as many kids with as little effort as possible.

Help! I'm stuck in a forum signature!

Lol to just knock them down i could do all of them, but I'm tall so them grabbing my legs and pulling me down would be a problem. I'd say I'd properly KO about 20... but it would take a lot more then you think to KO a hyper 5 yr old lol...

Why not add me on msn... ish_187@hotmail.co.uk

Mummel, who is apparently the biggest, strongest, and maybe most experienced at actual fighting, is being far more reasonable than many of you. The one thing that may help some of your guesstimates is that, even if you're immobilized, a couple of 5 year olds would be hard pressed to be able to knock most any adult out. Perhaps if they were able to jump-stomp our heads or throats while we're on the ground, then they could ko us. The one day of training with the expert wouldn't help them any. Technique and proper mechanics takes a good bit of practice before it becomes second nature. If I were the expert, this is what I'd tell the kids "You've got one shot at this guy and if you blow it he'll destroy you. As soon as it begins surround him, swarm him, wrap up his feet and legs, take him to the ground, then start piling on him to keep him down, the have the others jumping on his face."

If the kids try to take us down with strikes, they will lose unless exhaustion gets us. If a few try takedowns, they will lose. That's why they would need to swarm the legs, pile up on our legs and we can't move and could be taken down more easily.

If I had to fight them I'd do a few things. I might try standing my ground if they weren't swarming. Then I'd stomp the first few through the floor(all hypothetical here). That should put some fear in their hearts and crush their confidence, making my job easier. If they tried to swarm I'd try and blow through them like a crazed elephant, going in a straight line through the pack. Rinse and repeat as long as possible.

Bottom line is that if the kids swarm the feet and legs, we'd all be goners. What a hell of a way to go lol.

This is funny! Really it is! This would be a perfect training for me.
The fact is that you WILL wear out from exhaustion at some point, and anyone with any combat training knows it will come fast. So the fact that you can lift weights won't help you much, if at all, as you will wear out faster.

I'll be conservative and say I can last 30 minutes (but I can surely last an hour).
Lifting weight won't help you one bit, as you will wear out even faster if you use lots of force.
I will have no problem lasting the 30 minutes, as I am actually aikidoka.

Aikido mainly uses the enemy's strength, or at least tries to minimize the use of your own force.
With 5 years old, it will be cake, I know that already. During training, when in combat with even 15 years old boys, I was very careful not to break anything on them.
Actually, I can knock at least one of them for good just by rolling to evade. I know because during one training, I made a roll to recover from a technique, but I accidentally bumped into someone, and knocked her out. I barely felt her. Fortunately, she recovered, but couldn't continue the session.

If I'm tired, I can protect with one of them, while locking him up with one hand.
Anyway, 30 minutes would be a basic training, where I could break arms, wrists and necks (if they fall bad, which I will provoke) at my leasure. I'll be very conservative and say I can take one out every 15 seconds (actually, it will go faster than that).
If the 5 years old don't faint when they have their limbs broken or if they don't kill themselves while landing on the head, I can still take them out by choking them, as I need only one arm to lock one child.
But I would not like to kill children, just breaking their limbs would be painful enough.
Normally, when they see the first ones flying head first to the ground after a kaiten nage or udekime nage, or screaming from a nikyo or a kotegaeshi, or smashing into each other, or have broken arms, wrists, collarbones or necks, which are all very probable when you don't know how to roll AND the techniques applied on you, the others would stop coming at me altogether, feeling the danger (one manifestation of Ki).
Think Steven Seagal without all the punches or kicks, in far less skillful though (he's far higher level in aikido, a level I won't ever reach), and perhaps you can imagine the slaughter.

So I say I can take out 120 5 years old easily in one half hour, and that is conservative.

BTW I'm 80+ kg (I think that's 170+ pounds) and I can send flying my normal aite that have the same weight easily. Aikido allows me to escape from 3 adversaries like these while they're holding me strongly, so I know for a fact that 5 years old won't ever be able to keep their hands on me if I don't want to.

Do deathly and leathal farts count as a foreign object. You get to laying some serious farts around 5 year olds, and you will get them laughing. The laughter will by nature spread and turn into mass hysteria. With all of the kids laughing until they pass out or wet themselves, they would be either to uncomfortable to fight or unconcious from laughing.

Also the more kids the more the power of laughter you will have. Thus I conclude with a heavy diet of Taco Bell the day before, I could easily take on 5,000 5 year olds.

ookaze, I guess you're assuming they won't swarm and will attack one at a time or in pairs. Most semi-fit adults could fend off a great many 5 yr olds if they atracked like that. Aikido, karate, boxing, muay thai, judo, wresting, sambo, Navy SEAL, or whatever won't be much help if you've got dozens of hellions swarming you at once from every direction. I think Mike Tyson or Don "The Dragon" Wilson in their prime wouldn't fare well against legions of swarming brats.

this was just getting interesting, sad to see it fad away. Anyone want to keep it going

^^ yeah sad to see it fade way

You really think Mike Tyson in his prime wouldn´t stand a chance against a swarm a 5 year olds ??? That man was a machine, only machines can´t be evil, Mike would have bitten all their ears of for shere pleasure, fighting 5 year olds is insane, what better man to pic than a insane man ??? I bet Tyson in his prime could have taken out at leat 150 little kids, no matter if they swarm him, he´d bite his way straigh out of there.

Any other ideas about who could have beaten more in their prime ??? Sure Ali was the best boxer but I think floating like a bee just would not cut it against a swarm.... so who is left, usually I´d go for a martial arts expert or a Ultimate Fighting chanpion but they are best one on one...how much endurance does a Sumo Wrestler have ??? their low balance point and weight would be great but I fear they would run out of power to fast...

Any ideas on who would be the perfect (present or past) 5 year old destroyer anyone ???

My top 5 are:

Mike Tyson (evil machine)

Abraham Lincoln (huge, great range, never gives up, hat makes him look even bigger)

Tony Jaa (just watch his movies, he´s every other action stars nightmare)

Bao Xishun (worlds tallest man, sure he´s only a herdsman but he´s 7ft 8.95in, 5 year olds have nothing on him)

Genghis Kahn (bloodthirsty as he was, this would have been his wet dream)

Bruce Lee could of taken on 500 easily,

Chuck Norris, well, well, well...who knows but Chuck himself.

Andre the Giant

The "Rock"

Vin Disael

and on a emotionally basket case day, Paula Abdul could probably take on close to 300
