Well I just tried to buy a song on iTunes, and it asks me to put my password in, and I do. I see my account balance go down by $0.99 and it then asks me to confirm my purchase, so I say "yes" Then it takes me to a screen that says the Terms of Service have changed and I must agree before I can purchase. So I click "yes" and then iTunes says "thank you pleasae try making your purchase again" So I go back to the song, expecting it to just start downloading again, but instead it charges me another $0.99!!!!!!!! WTF

This isn't the first time its happened to me, it really pisses me off, and I needed to rant, just thought you all should know :l

In the menu bar, click on store->check for available downloads.

That should download any music you've purchased but haven't downloaded yet.
