Both were great games but TP edges WW because the sailing was so
incredible boring for the most part.

They both provide a great experience, but since the Experience in twilight princess is much longer, go for TP.

WW i just liked that game more, i was obsessed with it for about 3 months. I was never like that with TP.

Yeah, for some reason TP really wasn't captivating enough, didn't get that emotional response I got from Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask and Windwaker. It is in my opinion the weakest of the 3D Zeldas, Nintendo listened too much to the complaints of Windwaker and instead created a Zelda that had all the standard components that people were crying for, but in the end felt less engaging than previous efforts.

Still, it is one of the better games of the generation, but not a masterpiece like OoT, MM and WW.

I like Wind Waker. It was much more original. Twilight Princess was trying much to hard to be like Ocarina Of Time in my opinion. This made it came across as much less inspired. Every Zelda game is a great game though.

Twilight Princess is a beautiful game with a very long story line and excellent controls. However, Wind Waker is, undeniably, the best game. The cell shading visual is eternal and will always looks good, despite future improvements in graphic technology. The music is the best Kenji Kondo ever did. The departure from the Zelda tradition by offering a sea based adventure greatly enhanced the game as brought new blood to the series.

Perhaps I am biased as a live in a coastal city and I love sailing, but Wind Waker is the best game in The Legend of Zelda series.
