Damm that FF VII stuff looks nice, I have actually decided to buy VII on PS1 (I have never played it!)
Anyway, just think what Sony studios are in LA, I don't know the precise locations but Insomniac and Naughty Dog are both certainly in California, and I think that ND are Santa Monica, a suburb of LA (I have been there), and Insomniac are in Burbank, I don't know where that is, so it is either Jak 4 or the next Ratchet and Clank

Are Naughty Dog capable of doing two games at once? Insomniac seem to put out a game every year with both on a 2 year developement cycle. Could well be a bigger company though or something?
The next Jak and Dexter is practically confirmed, supposedly it's called The lost Frontier or something, hopefully it's coming sooner then later :/.

Insomniac are releasing games on a 1 year basis at the moment, where as Naughty Dog are releasing them on a two year basis it seems at the moment. So I doubt J&D4 takes up a lot of their time currently.

It is more hope than expectation. Anyway, I think they can get Uncharted 2 done in less than 2 years, so hopefully some of the team is working on Jak on the side. And there have been so many rumours that it is happening

Insomniac have 150 employees compared to ND's 85 (from wiki) so Insomniac are bigger
Fronteir was patented, but ages ago, all we know is that they want to make a next gen Jak
