The video had more awesome moments than it had lame moments, but there were still more 'meh' moments than awesome moments.

Yeah?
I don't see were this is going. Britney was very successful for a while, but never to the level Michael was, and in now way did she forever change the face of music. Michael changed everything in the idustry, and his effect was not just on Pop. Michael made such a huge impact that it sent a shockwave through all genres of music. He changed the way people aproched the music itself, he changed the way the music was promoted, the way it was shown in video, and in concert. MJ took all the things he had learned from the greats like James Brown, and Smokey Robinson and took it beyond the next level. So even though I do appreciate Britney's work it is no were near the level of what MJ did.
If you are trying to get at the similarities of how the media has torn them appart, well I don't want to go at it about that.
Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
