I am happy that they are doing well because I have always enjoyed Nintendo games the most. Now we will definitely be seeing more of them for a while. I'll be honest. The Gamecube days were downright depressing for me. I really was worried about them becoming just a game developer for Microsoft or something if the Wii had failed.

I love Miyamoto, and anything that makes him happy, makes me happy. Zelda is the best series of all time, and OOT/LTTP are the two best games. Just for that, Nintendo has, and always will deserve to lead the industry. So yes, I am ecstatic.
I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.
NO NO, NO NO NO.
I don't relaly care too much that on top cause I can get games from any system, but what I am really happy about is that the WII is doing so Amazing and is a motion type gaming machine.
I have wanted and always dreamed of some sweet virtual reality, or motion system that is just awesome. not saying the Wii is, but with its success it is a step in that direction and will be achieved sooner than if all we saw was better graphics and same controller generation after generation
I'm indifferent. Never really saw what was so great about ninty's titles but many people love them so good luck to them.

"WAR is a racket. It always has been.
It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives"---Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler
It doesnt really mean anything. 3rd party support was low in the 64 days, and practical nonexistant in the GC days, but the Wii is just barely begining to gain strong 3rd party support (09 will be the year...er, IS the year), so i cant say i feel much.
The Wii is my first Nintendo console and I don't enjoy it as much as most round here, so I would say it means nothing to me personally.
Nintendo deserves it. Since sega died, they are the last games-only console maker. Sony also deserves their current last place situation because they were dumb enough to treat gamers as idiots and used us as a trojan for the video format wars.
I've been quite joyed, frankly. Top of their game once again, and it's getting me, as a Nintendo-only owner, the kind of 3rd party support i've never seen before (because i bought into gaming in 1999 with the N64, well after Nintendo's fall from grace)

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
i feel happy for nintendo, because they like putting smiles on peoples faces. but im not completely overjoyed myself, because A) i dont work for nintendo, and B) ps1 brought another 60 million gamers to the industry. without ps1, gaming wouldnt be as popular as it is now.
but congrats to nintendo regardless, just shows how you dont need cutting-edge graphics to have fun.
