Wow you guys...

It's a gift...just keep it. Don't hurt your nephew's feelings...

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

jheco05 - You know what's worse than Boogie? Bigotry!

Anyways, just try the game and see what you think. And if you don't like it, sell it.

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

Hell yeah, Wal-Mart is the place to go for returns. I knew a guy who worked at the State School and stole a whole bunch of boxed electric razors from work. He took them up to Wal-Mart and they gave him cash for them. I know that story is terrible, but it is true.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

"Wow you guys" is exactly right... it's a gift. from a 10 year old, no less!

i got super monkey ball and elebits as gifts from a very close friend. neither received more than 30 minutes of gameplay, but i still kept them. even with etiquette aside, when its about close friends and relatives, you pretty much have to keep those gifts since they will come a time when they come to your home and they'd be very upset if they don't see that gift. your reputation takes a plunge, the friendship and mutual respect take a plunge, $60 is certainly not worth that.

on another instance, i did return for store credit for one game--it was a game i already had. so, again, etiquette aside, you'll never "get caught" (unless that gifter happen to be in the store when you're returning it for store credit). plus, the gifter had included the gift receipt and in addition, because of the circumstances under which the gift was given (a little business-like), is certain not to be offended.

Do you taste dog food before deciding if it's good or not?

By the way, I doubt his relative would find out about him returning the game anyway so stop being such nice guys.

Thanks to Blacksaber for the sig!

So does that give me free rain to say every game you like sucks without playing them? I would have said to return it having had the reciept btw is their anyway to find out the store if it's still in wrapping you may be able to get store credit. If not you might as well try it. I like it, I also have two little kids and a wife that love karoke type games, my kids sing like maniacs and I edit the video they make. Honestly a good joke to play on someone is to dare them to play play a lame song and afterwards record it as a video I garuentee they'll sound ten times worse in replay. Plus if you hate singing games the dancing portion while on the light side of moves and way to easy, is still fun, and I've just played that to unlock all the extras in the game.
