Well that's not really true. I played MGS4 without having played the previous MGS games and I understood it.

I'm I glad I got  you to consider getting Valkyria Chronicles though =D

How many people have bought ps3s as of late? Montana, DMJ, kasz, maxwellgt, Onyx, toastyboy, Neos...

OT: Congrats!  The only games I'd say you have to buy are LBP (already done), MGS4, and Uncharted.

After that, I'd recommend Ratchet & Clank Future and Heavenly Sword (the latter only for a cheap price, given it's short length).

And pre-order Killzone 2.  :)
