Can Vancouver claim this ?

Its a great game but its not a ground up build. They have essentially inherited the GTA engine and engineered the game on top.

In fact can any studio that uses a commercial engine really claim to have developed the entire game !

Go to Rockstar Vancouver, it says Bully.  As for using an existing engine, so what.  Does that mean every game that uses the Unreal 3 enging doesn't count as a game.  Games are often a collaborative effort but they all come down to one studios direction.  One studio is the developer.

I'm sure that was China, not Mexico.

Canada:

All I can think of is: Ubisoft Montreal Prince of Persia.

Australia- besides the games that OkeyDokey has listed I can only think of
KKND & KKND 2 which were PC RTS games and it stands for Krush kill and destroy :)

I'm from Canada, the only company I can think off hand that develops in Canada is Ubisoft Montreal.
