I'm from Canada, the only company I can think off hand that develops in Canada is Ubisoft Montreal.

They do:

- Splinter Cell
- Assassin's Creed
- Shaun White Snowboarding
- Rainbow Six: Vegas
- Far Cry
- Prince of Persia
