Actually, by PS3 standards 280k is a lot - if that is Japan only sales.

There is no hard rule - Sony basically put any titles they want in the "The Best" catalog.

As for Wii i think they could do reedition of skies of arcadia - that was already on GC

I'll probably buy it when it comes in the "platinum" edition in europe. I hope they'll patch the game with some trophies too.

It's not that surprising, don't forget the anime funded by Sony hits Japan in April, it will probably bring new people to play the game.

Actually thinking about it, the momentum Sony is creating in Japan with it's flow of popular titles comming out one after the other might just prompt more people to get a PS3.
