If the ps3 drops to $299 in Q3 or earlier I say it can hit 35 million by the end of the year at highest, not 40 million.

I seriously doubt it, developers are not going to want to take the extreme risk of making a ps3 game and there will really be nothing to save it from its current downward spiral. GT5 might cause some renewed interest in the PS3, but I doubt it will last.
