Forums - Nintendo - Top this customer service

I've had a terrible experience with the nintendo wifi department. THey were absolute shit and hung up at me after on the phone for 40 minutes. But I had a good experience with getting my wii fixed fro brawl.

I expected the fast and friendly service. I was NOT expecting the replacement of the two games when neither of the originals were busted

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

If only Sony and Microsoft could learn from Nintendo in regards to customer service.

Nintendo's customer service is awsome!

I had my wife DS touch screen replaced 3 months out of warranty for free.

1 of my Wii's had to be sent in 3 times due to the brawl issue, on the 3rd time they replaced the motherboard, and sent me a brand new copy of Brawl, along with a free classic controller cause I already had all the players guides they had to offer

Replaced my Super Mario Kart (SNES) for only 7 dollars after the battery died on it, came with the box and all manuals

for customer service Nintendo just cant be beat (though I have run into a few idiots, just hang up or ask to talk to someone different)

Gotta say, thats some really good costumer service.

Check out my game about moles ^
