The Witcher is good, and the story is surprisingly (for a WRPG) interesting. But for me it has the problem that every WRPG except for KOTOR had, it doesn't hook me up. I still don't know why I can spend 60 hours playing a JRPG and loving every single minute of it and I can't pass 15 in a WRPG and have to leave them unfinished, even on those which I like (Fable, Mass Effect, The Witcher). But if you like WRPGs, you'll love The Witcher

Yeah, I kept hearing the story is pretty good. I'm not that big of a WRPG fan, but I enjoyed all I've played. Fallout 3, Fable, Fable II...Just saw some gameplay footage. The combat looks great. I'll wait for the console versions.

Witcher is fantastic. Your in for a treat if you get it when they port it to the consoles.

Better yet, buy the PC version so you can take advantage of all the mods.

Having the FES version of Persona 3 and the DS version of Chronotrigger is a huge cop out, IMO. Otherwise, the list looks pretty decent, even if I would order it differently.

I agree 100%...but unfortunately not everyone is a PC Gamer.

I can almost fully agree with your list except for one. Valkyria Chronicles should be somewhere closer to number one! VC is light years above Wrath of the Lich King.
