Sorry, I was probably confusing it with my SOCOM install. The MGS4 was probably closer to 10 minutes initially, though it seemed longer.
I have the 40GB version.

| nightsurge said: Unfortunately, you are the second uneducated consumer I have corrected in the last hour. The $100 upgrade pack includes the 60GB HDD, ethernet cable, headset, and 3 months of XBL. The arcade package includes Lego Indiana Jones and Kung Fu Panda as well. The SD thing is true, but every PS3 is also SD out of the box and requires an HDMI cable. That so called "article" was very flawed and was it really posted in October? AFTER the 360 started ramping up sales and demolishing the PS3? What an idiot!

i never knew that u got a link

Wow, I guess I just assumed that all the TV commercials were the Arcade model... looks like in reality, though, the arcade model just gets the arcade games plus some Sega tennis game or something. That's a darn shame!

The highlighted part is actually true, Leo-J. Almost every PS3 game requires some form of installation. It takes a lot of the "awe" factor out of buying a new game when you take it out and have to sit and wait a few more minutes to half an hour for it to install. PC games are meant to be this way, console games are not. (and before anyone says "360 games can install too!", that is an OPTIONAL element to improve load times and decrease noise/wear and tear on the DVD drive. When a 360 game is installed it runs FULLY off the HDD and not off the disc at all)

Can I get a link for that? The last list I saw had 55 PS3 games listed with some sort of installation out of a total of what 300?
That would mean roughly 1/6th of PS3 games require it; not "almost every" one. Quite a difference.

I agree with all except the lack of exlusive games... I mean, playstation has more.. MS just has bigger name titles.
And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.

These people can run their mouths about Sony as long as they want to. They just better be prepared for 2009.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY
I'm feeling lazy so i'll just do this...
1) Your post = Fail
2) My PS3 is alive and kicking, it's right next to me running just fine so I don't see any evidence that show's MS killing anything....
