Had to bump this, KZ2 has obliterated both the first week sales of Resistance 2 and Resistance: Fall of Man.

killzone 2 have been hyped since 2005, thas why its going to sell better than resistance, and maybe 3-4 m.

Well, looks like Killzone 2 will be over half way there after just 1 week. Soooooo....

Why?  My post was one of multiple other posts regarding the game.  I had laid out reasons why it might not outsell Resistance 2, and ask why it would.  And this thread went into discussions about it.

i just want to point a few things out ...gears 2 isnt a fps, kz2 already sold 750k, ive played gears not as good as kz2 graphics, kz2 was incredihyped so i think that will help sales

Someone care to comment about this, "Gears 2 isn't a FPS" when it is discussed in comparison to KZ2?  Does it mean that KZ2 doesn't appeal to the same target audience that Gears 2 does?  You have crosshairs in both games, move to avoid damage and line up and fire, and kill things from mouse-eye view.  This isn't like one is comparing Street Fighter IV to Killzone 2, it is Gears 2 to Killzone 2.

richardhutnik this thread by you was simply silly, I have another word to use but will get banned sadly. How you ever got it through yout noggin that somehow R2 would outsell a game hyped for years is beyond me.
