Forums - Sony - 1 game, difficult choice. Persona 4 or Valkyria Chronicles?

Depending on what your playing in your PS3 at the moment. Do you have more PS3 games being played than PS2 games? or vice-versa?

Around the Network

^ I currently only play LBP off and on with the PS3.

My backlog of games are mainly on the 360. I still need to start The Last Remnant.

I just want to pick up one of the two because they both may end up becoming hard to find, more likely Valkyria Chronicles.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Get Valkyrie Chronicles, since your on and off LBP meaning your also on and off on the PS3. Persona 4 can wait till you complete Valkyrie Chronicles. That game should not be missed. I'm planning to buy it next after I complete MGS4.

Just to expand on my opinion, VC is a good game, but it's also a tad over-rated, as all good exclusives tend to be this gen.

Persona 4 had no advantages, on its own strength it managed to become a fantastic landmark for the genre, and a magnificant farewell to the PS2.

VC, while good, is nowhere nearly as good nor important as is Persona 4. Take that to the bank.

Also, the value of your Persona 4 game will go up, undoubtedly.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Well, I'd pick Valkyria Chronicles for the reasons you've mentioned.

And I tend to think the entire SMT series are overrated, but I'm in the minority.
Both are great.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."
