Everyone on Japanese gaming forums are saying the game is very short, rubbish and that is about it. MS are rubbing against the right company ie SE whereas Sony have gone for the wrong devs ie L5.

Yep that's what I meant, back then I checked the comments about Dragon Quest Swords to see if it was just my imagination, at that time I still bought Japanese import, and it seemed, it wasn't. A few people mention it the game is short, and that's ridiculous for a RPG game. That's why I hate games like these with online play, it always messes up the single player mode.

It looks like that even my most favorite JP developer has seriously let us down.

This online feature seems to have been a last second addition to the game which seriously screwed up the SP, no good at all. Now another thing I keep hearing on these forums is Dark Cloud 3, don't be shocked when that game is announced soon. WKC = side project?

360 got SO4 and this little game called FFXIII, multi-plat yes but big....YES. Sony should have used the money spent on WKC to keep FFXIII exclusive, would have got more sales anyway.
