Its about price and until recently PS3 had been outselling 360 in every month of 2008 until 360 price cut see?

Help I cant get my trophy card to work.

MS didn't give them $50M
MS advanced them $50M on the royalties for the DLC (paid in advance)
If take-two makes less then $50M from the DLC, they have to pay MS back the difference.

There's always the chance Take 2 would've never even made any DLC if Microsoft didn't pay them that huge amount of cash.

And I don't really want it, so it's all good in my book. It's a short book, though.
