GTA4 360 exclusive DLC good/bad?

I feel the same way about MGS4 and Heavy Rain.  It's good to see that we agree in matters like this.

 

But 360 couldnt physically play those games but PS3 can play DLC for GTA4

 

Its a sad time we live in where fanboys think they are game developers.
