Forums - Sony - Apparently PS3 owners really like their Diesel jeans

Maybe people so eager to look beautiful and fancy in a virtual world look crap in the real one... Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to be so nasty... NOT!!!

Maybe people who have to attack people who do such stuff, are really insecure and need to project their issues onto others? ;)

I love diesel jeans. I won't pay for a virtual one though lol

Me too! They rock.

I just think it's funny that people spend that kinda cash.

Its hilarious how people complain that wii games don't have DLC. W ho really cares when your paying for dumb crap like this. I like getting virtual console games, GH songs and wii ware because that stuff is fairly priced. Thats not to say there isn't some really dumb DLC on wii ware, but its not something I want more of.

They should be packing everything into games not charging you again. This would be like if in animal crossing you had to pay for everything. Home should be more like AC in the way that you have to unlock everything and perform tasks to get them.

And if they are dumb enough to add this stuff it should be dirt cheap, more like 5 cents for a pair of pants. 1$ is absolutely outrageous for virtual jeans.

Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

Jealousy perhaps, to me personally it seems some free Home content is way better than for example Megaman 9. Which I personally find quite sucky, especially for a 10 Euro game when an awesome very impressive game like Super Stardust HD is sooo much better and costs about the same (also for me personally 80's arcade or Amiga games >>>>> simplistic 80's NES style games).

I guess everyone has his or hers own preferences and interests, but I don't see a reason to question the sanity of people paying for things they like. For me Megaman 9 is extremely overpriced shovelware, but if you get a nostalgic kick from this IMO piece of crap (I wouldn't keep on the harddrive if it were free) then more power to you.

I know it's your opinion, but man... No, wait, scratch that! How the fricking hell can you say Mega Man 9 is shovelware?! I just can't understand what you just said.

Capcom, one of the oldest game developers in the world, decided to make a little treat to their old time fans, and do you know how many old time fans would have paid for that game in the past 10 years or so? Over 80$ my friend, so 10$ is a rip off to them right now! It's also really awesome to see an old company recognize what made them successful in the first place instead of copying tons of ideas from developers and stuff (just look at the many "alienz" FPS games nowadays, I mean wth!).

Even if you don't like the game, please at least recognize that it pleased A LOT of people around the world, including me. Now, I'll be drinking some coffee to calm myself down! @_@

Random game thought :
Why is Bionic Commando Rearmed 2 getting so much hate? We finally get a real game and they're not even satisfied... I'm starting to hate the gaming community so f****** much...

Its like I said - Sony's plan is milk their "small" userbase for as much as they can. It looks like they want to pay (for everything), so every game from now on with have chargeable DLC.

Rather than have a "big" userbase, paying a "small" amount - they want a "small" userbase paying a premium amount.

Good on 'em

So Microsoft's plan is to milk their "big" userbase for as much as they can.

One company clearly has a better strategy.

Megaman was released at a time when less than a handful of people could design a game within a tiny budget, that game was fully styled and designed around the hardware limitations of the NES and IMO it shows. For today's standards I expect more effort, I don't share your nostalgic feelings at all. I'm sorry. I think Capcom must be making huge profits on this game.

The first Megaman was released in 1989 here, at a time when quality Amiga games like these existed:

Battle Squadron: The Destruction Of The Barrax Empire

The New Zealand Story (sadly straight 1989 Atari ST port, like most Ocean Amiga games at the time, but still a platformer A LOT more fun to me than Megaman...):

It Came from the Desert:

Those were quality games back then for me, the bulk of NES games were laughable to me. (Mario 1 and especially 3 were great though)
