Still funny though, but why would anyone complain about it? Wasn't Shadow of the Colossus one of the best PS2 games? So, taking influences from it should be nothing more but a tribute to that game.

T'is all just coincidence. Everyone here has probably played Ocarina of time, right? I can mention for each screenshot and locale a likewise place in OoT. Follow me please:

The coffin on what looks like a cliff: Go to Lake Hylia as young link and cross the bridge. On a center-pillar there is a grave stone. Coincidence? Nah, SotC must have ripped it.

Temple with double stairs? Go stand in front of the pedestal of time in the temple of time.

Beam of light - use Farore's wind in any temple, works roughly the same.

On holding hands: just a mechannic. I could also say that Link has need of his horse to traverse the game like the hero in SotC has to...

Yeah the game really reminds me of SoTC. The final boss fight too. They really copied to game, no doubt about it.

I don't know whether it's a coincidence or influence or rip off.But I'm not against copying and improving if its not so much dat u can be sued for it.I mean,Jak & Daxter copied mario 64 and improvised and Jak 2 threw some GTA into the mix.Besides,a lot of the gameplay is still core Prince of Persia,an IP dat began b4 shadow of the collosus.
