Yakuza 3 Japanese TV commercial

Sega has released the Japanese TV commercial of Yakuza 3 for the PlayStation 3. The game is due for release on February 26 in Japan.

Man...hope sega doesnt have another shenmue on their hands. As in...lose a lot of money. Because I don't know if this game will ever come out in NA and Japanese sales will be around 200-300K.

Looks great...

If the spinoff Kenzan can manage 280k in Japan, I'm sure a full sequel will do a bit better.

Jsut looke at DMC and MGS. The ps3 version of DMC4 rapidly outsold DMC3, and MGS4 is only ~100k behind MGS3.

Yakuza 1/2 sold around 750k a piece in Japan, so 500k+ isn't unlikely for the third installment.
