Also thats what i dont understand though... how is the Wii selling so much when it doesnt have NEARLY as much 3rd party support as the PS2 did?

I'd uniquely like to know the answer to this question because wtf? In the long run PSP and DS are getting all the good 3rd party support so far Wii... even though it has some big hits, it still doesnt have many... im Con-fizzled.

I don't think it will outsell the PS2 unless it has some huge late life spark to reignite it like the PS2 had in Guitar Hero.



AceRock owns one PS3, one PS Vita, and one PS4.

at this rate most likely it will and in less time than the PS2. But those who say it is a fad or gimmick will never say it will sell more they just can’t accept it.

Hmmm...It's a tough call. I mean right now you could easily say Yes. But, things could change in a matter of 2-3 years.

I will have to say Undecided at this point.



  • 2010 MUST Haves: WKC, Heavy Rain, GoWIII, Fable III, Mass Effect 2, Bayonetta, Darksiders, FFXIII, Alan Wake, No More Heroes 2, Fragile Dreams: FRotM, Trinity: SoZ, BFBC2.
  • Older Need To Buys: Super Mario Bros. Wii, Mario Kart Wii, Deadspace, Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2.

There is definitely more to list that I want, but that's my main focus there.

it is outselling ps2 week-in week-out since its launch! If you meant ltd, then it has a chance. Though, i'll put my eggs on ds' basket more (to outsell ps2).

Just to show how far it is ahead of the PS2 at the same time on the market, by the end of 2008 the Wii will be approximately 20million ahead of the PS2, PS2 @ 26mil and Wii @ 46 mil.
