Looks like a great title (not one I would buy). Open world, not a mission style game.

Trailers sure look promising. You can use your powers good or bad.

And all the choices you make, will change the path towards finding out how you got your Super Powers and how you survived the accident that got you the powers. (In this game you control Electricity)

Edit: Trailers isnt really the correct word... they are more gameplay video's

The game looks terrible. On the plus side it does remind me of Crackdown which is a good thing.
