The original plan was for Nomura and his team to finish Versus XIII before going to work on KH3...this was of course before PS3 launched in 3rd place and before they hit developmental problems. Versus is supposed to follow up on FFXIII, but they're not supposed to put full resources towards Versus until they finish the White Engine, which means that any work on the game is moving at a snails pace. And if anyone's been keeping up with FFXIII news, they know that's not going to be for awhile, because last I heard, they didn't even have the game running on an engine yet. Versus would be lucky to come out in 2009.

Now, I know Square Enix, let alone DISNEY, isn't willing to wait forever to put out KH3, so I'm expecting it to go into development before they finish Versus. Of course, not this year. This TGS is about the spinoff series.

 what userbase the ps3 has the worst userbase of the three and by end of year SE is going to think hhmm wii is the console to put it on.

Lol, Soriku really isn't that bad compared to some people. I hope we get some more JRPG news at Tokyo Game Show.

FFVersusXIII isnt a follow on from FFXIII its just set in the same universe.....thats all thats the same the characters are different,FFXIII is full on RPG FFVersusXIII is an Action/RPG,FFXIII uses the WhiteEngine FFVersusXIII also uses the WhiteEngine thats pretty much where the similaritys end.

I seriously doubt a Wii version. First of all, SE has a great PS3 engine. Second, all the KH fans own the PS2, and when the price of the PS3 will drop more PS2 owners will jump over to the PS3.
Most Wii owners never played the previous KH games because:
1) they're mainstream people like your sister, your parents
2) they have owned the previous nintendo consoles and no PS2.

Keep in mind that the KH story is one that continues, you wouldn't understand the story if you haven't played the previous games.
