I just checked out the official website, and it says in big white letters...

"For Xbox 360" ... i dont see the word "exclusive" anywere.... this disturbs me greatly, because Star ocean 4 is the Only reason i want a 360, and if this game even thinks about pulling a "Final Fantasy "Regular" XIII" on us and i've already bought a 360 for it im gonna be pissed. :(

That speculation has been going on for months now anyway.  If you want to wait for it be announced for ps3 go ahead and wait I'll be playing it in the meantime.

Square Enix producer Yoshinori Yamagishi cleared things up during a roundtable interview session that followed the press conference. Asked if the game is 360-only, he said, "We cannot announce anything on that. We can say that it will be released first [on the Xbox 360]. Whether we'll release it on the PS3 is undecided. We may release it, we may not."

There was an interview on XBL marketplace EU a few months back too with Star Ocean producer but the translater.. wow he was bad..

Crap, I just wanted to point out that the box doesn't have 'only on X360' seal on it but Seraphic_Sixaxis pointed that already out....Oh well doesn't matter even if it has the seal it will not stop fanboys (remember Bioshock).

 Well if thats your stance then you might as well wait a few months and see how things turn out since the developers already said its undecided (as piggychan posted the direct words above). It may very well not come out on PS3 and you might have waited for nothing though - so its up to you how desperate you are to play the game quicker.
