I don't think that thread was ever intended to contain everything negative about the PS3, just the outbursts from depressed PS3 fans who kept creating threads saying OMG WE'RE SCREWED.

If you ask me, I see more of your analyses of why they should think the ps3 is doomed than any of their actual outbursts on those threads.

I missed that post. I don't care enough to do any research but I pretty sure I've read many posts from you about how canning the ps3 would save sony money, how they are better off firing many employess and other depressing economic stuff. Thats why I find it funny that you too complained about ps3 fans creating "doomed" threads.

Frankly, I agree with you most of the stuff you say, it's just that I'm tired of reading about this stuff over and over. Gebx seems to have an orgasm whenever another uninformed jouranlist makes another retarded faux analyses of the ps3s condition. I thought Benga's thread would stop all that.

I don't recall saying canning the PS3 would save them money even though it may be true (or not). Depressing economic stuff? Yes, there's plenty of economic stuff to be depressed about, and Sony is certainly heavily affected by it. I stand by whatever I said.

I agree that so many threads about the same thing gets tiring, but fortunately it seems to be getting better in the last few hours.

I actually don't mind. Everything gets old through repetition which is the problem I'm complaining about. Because people are so infatuated with sony's financial crisis, other threads rarely get any "air time" on the front page.

Benga's thread was supposed to end this. Even Benga complained about it before making that thread but nothing changed.

I myself wonder why you're so obsessed with sony's financials. Instead of spreading the same ol' bad news, why not go over and sing nintendo's praise on the nintendo forums? Aren't they on track to outsell the ps2? You don't have a ps3, why do you care so much about it's survival/impending demise?

@Pristine20: I do that all the time regarding Nintendo too. Right now I'm more fascinated with Sony's situation because it's the only thing which is making the console war interesting again. I've been in these forums for more than a year and the rest of the stuff is all old. Price wars, Wii breaking records, etc.

fair enough. I never considered the console wars a source of entertainment but it really is if you look deeply lol. I thought actually playing games would be more "interesting" but with the rate at which some people post here, that couldn't be the case for everyone.

I guess this is just the "in" thing in the vg news industry right now lol
