i have not! if you wanted to know if i had to pay the price already to get that stuff, this wasnt the case.

basically, it goes with the Saturn Retailer as following:

inbetween all the games, there are boxes (like the one there for FFXIII-2) on storeshelves, with a 5€ tag. u just take the item, pay the 5€ at the checkout (Which register's that the item has been bought, which will make them put back a copy of the game at launch day for ya) und u just show the receipt at said day, and pay the rest of the original price ( -5)  to get the game.

but i just bought that thing because it looked awesome, i'll keep my Order at amazon the valid one, since i want the CE. =)

edit: Just saw that Amazon also sells that steelbook (Amazon.de though) - but they only ship it with the original game in february.. lucky me?

btw, not sure if i asked u this before. i have a video game company and i am working on a few games exclusive for the ps3 and the psvita and i already have a few ppl from this site: mjk45,marcusdjackson and am looking for a few more ppl to be game testers when my games reach a certain point of dev and i was wondering if u would wana be one?

I'd love to! i didnt know you were into game development, but dude, thats amazing. so yeah, sure, just tell me if you're need something to be tested, i'd gladly take part. (Even though i am not sure how to bring your stuff onto my Console when the development of your's reached a certain point, but well, you're the dev, not me. )

when my games are ready to be tested i will send each person a demo disk of the game which will be playable on your ps3, then u play and write down glitches and bugs and i will fix them. and will send out more disks, when those things have been fixed and more of the game is completed.
btw, if u check out my past posts from a few earlier pages u will found out the game name and other info if u wana know .

also my 1st game comes on 3 blu-ray's, 2 disks are the single player game and the 3rd disk is for the mmorpg part of the game.

i'll browse the previous Page's after finishing this post. / 3.. Discs? an MMORPG part? .. dude, are you talking really big stuff here? like.. uh.. a 60 Bucks Retail copy, not a 15$ Indiegame? .. O_o i am impressed.

(this thread contains so much information i didnt read.. about so many games that were discussed back then.. shame on me! Especially Venetica was a game i played and actually liked, too! i also intended to get all the trophies, but i caused some nasty bug's to appear, which prevented me from actually obtaining some of the trophies. sadly, because like i said it was a solid game. )

- interresting stuff you've posted so far, i'll dig deeper when i have enough time ti spend, but its 5 in the morning over here, and i intend to get alteast 3 hours of sleep. i'll continue this post (or make a new one) later today.

@crystalchild, i am very happy that this thread has lasted this long. also most of my company's games are gonna be rpg's, i will make a few games outside that genre. like a fps and a action/adventure game.
also like i told others who have posted in this thread before, even though this thread is about rpg's , we can talk about other genres of games as well.
another game that had some bugs issues , but if u give it a try its a decent game is risen. i am getting the sequel when it comes out.

I'll get that one for sure, looks promising enough. Risen 1 is a game i'd have to get for my PC (/Notebook) , since i've heard the 360 version is supposed to be quite awful in comparison. Somehow, the first one didnt peak my interrest enough, since there were so many other games i wanted to play, first... but i'll get it sometime.

(By the Way, did you play Two Worlds 2? If yes, what's your opinion about it? i think it was a good game, the Console Port's weren't great, but i enjoyed the experience overall. still having a Reviewcopy of it lying around somewhere.)

@Bugs: ... ugh, what a topic. traded my PS3 copy of Skyrim because of it, since i'd rather have a patched GOTY Edition than downgrading the experience for myself, since Skyrim is, in fact, quite awesome. (I normally pay attention, and while i can deal with much, Skyrim has taken it to far. i could write a list of everything i've found, but it would be quite a big one.)

bought Portal 2 today, and its awesome! i *think* i prefer the first one in the end, but that is only because i didnt expect anything from it the first time around, making it easier to impress.
