the new topic for discussion in this thread will be : elder scrolls 4 oblivion.

my characters are always warrior class and warrior birth sign. the haunted ghost house, after u lift the curse is the house i used for storing all my extra armor,weapons,scrolls. my main skills were : actrobactics, blunt weapon,sword,block,hand to hand,armor repair,heavy armor. got them all to expert level ( max ). getting the skeleton lock pick as soon as u can, lev 10 is awesome. because its unbreakable and increases your lock picking skills up i think around +40. also keeping a deadra heart for the bortha challenge is well worth it, i always get around 200+ mid healing bottles,at least 5 complete suits of armor,nicely enchanted weapons and around 10k of money. my level is i think lev 42. also getting a disincenrated weapon and using your warrior bonus once a day skill allows u too take down umbra at lev 12 at the earliest, well thats the earliest i tried anyways.

I was actually disappointed in Oblivion.

Ive played Elder scrolls games since the original (Elder Scrolls: Arena) in DOS. My favorite (its under my favorite games list) Is still the 2nd one (Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall...probably the MOST buggy game EVER released that actually worked).

Im not sure why I was disappointed in Oblivion (played it at release on PC, it has been awhile) but perhaps I should give it another shot.

How were the console versions? Did anyone play it on the PS3? Are there trophies? How did it play? Etc (if no trophies I might as well just play it on the PC again)

@ssenkahdavic, no trophies on the ps3 version, because trophies werent out yet. the 360 version is the only one with achievements for what u accomplished. i really liked the ps3 version, even though no trophies were available. i find a controller more comfortable than a keyboard, but i did enjoy morrowind alot on the pc back in the day.

what weapon in oblivion was your favorite, for the longest time it was umbra's sword. than it changed in shivering isles, the dusk/dawn big sword that grew stronger with more kills. a awesome sword indeed.

would u like sony to in a firmware update, allow u to play the psp games on your ps3 system ?
that way we can enjoy the rpg's from the psp on our ps3.
is that something u would want , just like me.

Yeah, this would be nice. The ability to put the PSP up on my Big screen would be nice when I am at home.
