With three-and-a-half weeks of sales left to report before the end of the year, and a surplus of one million units per week this holiday season, how many total units LTD do you think will be sold by year's end?

In order to surpass 45m, the Wii will have to sell an average of 1,380,000 units per week, or have a sales adjustment in its favor.

 

With that said, I expect it will finish at about 44.2m total by year's end, and it will bypass 45m by mid-January at latest.

Also, when do you think it will pass the PSP - next week, week after, or week after that? It's pretty much guaranteed that it'll happen one of those three weeks, but when is a different story. Most estimably, I'd go with the middle week (week ending Dec. 21).

A shade over 45m at years end and 2 or 3 weeks till it overtakes psp. Could actually be the last week of the year! So it could just do it.
