"Sony Worldwide Studios’ Michael Denny has confirmed that MotorStorm: Pacific Rift has shifted over one million copies worldwide since its debut last month.
Developed by Evolution Studios, the racing sequel squeezed into the UK charts at number 29 during a particularly busy release period, before dropping to 35 the following week. Evolution is currently busy working on all-new downloadable content for the popular racer.
Denny told GI.biz: "We're pleased with the high Metacritic rating of 82 per cent and it's sold over a million units worldwide.”
The original MotorStorm is currently available as part of Sony's long running platinum budget range."
