What's the difference.  Both are unreliable no?  Though you should note... that hiphopgamer posted it first... so where else could it come from?

Small developers get picked up in increasing numbers.  Sony has a habit of picking up small developers.

True, but in that case it would make no sense for Sony to buy Level 5 because the game they made just bombed. It's a catch 20 really, if WKC sells extremely well then it makes no sense for Level 5 to sell themselves, and if it bombs, it makes no sense for Sony to buy them, but then again Sony did buy ND, Zipper and Evolution Studios after their games were critically acclaimed and sold through the roof, and they did acquire SOE and GG after their games were not critically acclaimed and did not sell well.....so you never know.

About layton on DS,, its making thme money thats true, but if they release it on psp it'll make them money also especially in japan

something crossed my mind right now,,,, if LEVEL 5 is acquired by SONY, does this mean that DRAGON QUEST X will be Exclusive to sony ?????? since L5 are trusted by SE to do their development! This will make me super happy :)
