Not only the price, but the cost to maintain all those employees and contractors.

True, but in that case it would make no sense for Sony to buy Level 5 because the game they made just bombed. It's a catch 20 really, if WKC sells extremely well then it makes no sense for Level 5 to sell themselves, and if it bombs, it makes no sense for Sony to buy them, but then again Sony did buy ND, Zipper and Evolution Studios after their games were critically acclaimed and sold through the roof, and they did acquire SOE and GG after their games were not critically acclaimed and did not sell well.....so you never know.
