Even though it started off better it's much like COD4.5 and there are people like myself waiting for the real COD from IW, but I still think it'll do it.

maybe... but the HD version need to have good legs into early next year. Also the Wii and PS2 versions need to get 1.5 million combined.

End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

Looks like it's well on it's way. I don't see why not.

I don't think COD 5 will get the word of mouth sales like COD4. I personally bought COD 4 because so many people reccomended it, something that's happening a lot less with COD 5.

I don't think so. I doubt it will have the same legs

I think it can do it. Not only do you have a large percentage of those who bought COD4 buying COD5, but you also add the Wii version. I think it can manage it.

No. It'll not have the legs of CoD4 because it doesn't have the word of mouth that 4 had.

Yeah, it doesn't seem like people are recommending it as much as COD4, but there are 2 extra versions (PS2 not being tracked by vgchartz)....I think it can do it.
