VC wasn't what made me buy a PS3 but it was a big influence. I wasn't envious of much as a wii owner 8 months ago, but I saw this and was like "wow, that looks cool." Turns out it was waaay more than cool.

PS3 has that affect on people.

I have still not been able to pick this game up...and I'm supposed to be a die hard RPG fan. Shame on me... I'll get on it.

Indeed. Everyone needs to try this game!

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,

Ok, I really need to get this game. Now.

NO EXCUSES for not owning this game!

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

I'm pretty sure I've got it, but I can't play it until I unwrap it at Christmas
It's going to be a long 20 days...

Well, the only thing that made me stop playing this game is that my PS3 BRD playing died. Shitty hardware, as expected from Sony.
Now I won't be able to finish this game before 2009.
Anyway, it is an amazing game.

That is no excuse! If I had enough money, I would have bought it myself!

Shame on you!
