Lets see...  bad sales leads to "But a price drop!"  but a price drop leads too "They're going to be losing too much money for that."

It's still talking abou future sales via the likelyhood of a pricedrop.

Off topic would be more like if someone said "Who cares it still has better games."  Since it having better games obviously would have nothing to do with it selling poorly.

Complaining so much is as annoying, if not more than offtopic posts (especially after people concede your point).

microsoft officialy stated no more price drop at least for next 5 yers.........they could shave off here and there but u wont be seeing a 99quid pro anytime soon..............all sony need to do is get thier console to an affordable price which imo it already is but thats jus imo...........everything else is there epecially games.........the 2009 releases just look awsome..................360 is selling more purly on a price issue and nothing more..........

People need to get over it ps3 is done for.Killzone2 isnt gonna change that its like a new ip considering the first one was garbage.Everyone here did this with lbp and heavenly sword and haze you just dont get it.The only game that could save the ps3 is gt5 and even then will anyone care when there is so much more on a console that costs far less?

It can't be argued in anyway that the PS3 is outperforming the 360 in any tangiable way but what I am trying to demonstrate is the competetivness of the PS3 and it's sales potential ,the 360 has the advantage for now but it wouldn't take much more than a price cut to eat that lead away (obviously a price cut would have serious implications for Sony and is looking very unlikely until spring.)     lol, can I nominate that for fanboy sentence of the year? It really boggles me that people actually have the idea that MS is cheating here, like it's a game. It's business and MS is doing it better than Sony.

I like how it's predatory when they're making a profit.

Yet selling your product below it's pricepoint isn't predatory.

Isn't lossleading/selling under cost a hell of a lot more predatory then selling for a modest profit?

 I think retailers received a lot of small shipments last week. In a Best Buy here in Quebec, they received only 15 Wii on Saturday morning. They were sold out around 11:00 AM.
