( Currently 'max' is 1600p because monitors aren't capable any greater than that. http://www.hothardware.com/articleimages/Item1197/ut3.png )

I got a great processor and tons of RAM, why is it still running slowly?

Should I get a gaming PC or a gaming laptop?

1. HD PC gaming has a high barrier to entry. Do you see a future where HD PC gaming can match the plug-and-play userfriendliness of a console, or is the complex nature of high end PC gaming an inherent evil that will always be with the platform?

2. Justified or not, PC piracy is causing developers to steer high end single player core games away from PC exclusivity. Do you think PC piracy is a problem that hurts PC gaming, and if so, do you believe that in the future we will see measures taken that will significantly hinder piracy?

3. DRM, and specifically programs like SecuROM have been used to reduce piracy in many high profile games. It is a common belief that these programs are nothing more than corporate made unremovable viruses, who prevent no piracy at all, and slow down your computer to boot, by constantly running in the background. Will the use of such programs become more common, and if so, is it worth it for computer gamers to install these programs on their machines for each new game that releases?

4. With the advent of Steam and Netflix, digital distribution is closer than ever to becoming a mainstream media option. This holds true on the PC more than any other platform. What, if any, are the disadvantages of distributing content via the internet, rather than brick and mortar locations, and what are the implications to the gaming industry at large?

5. Brick and mortar PC games have recently added DRM features which allow only a certain amount of installs per disc. The rationale behind this is an attempt to prevent people from sharing a game with their friends via a no-cd crack. The implication being that the future of the second hand PC gaming market does not exist. Do you believe strict compliance tools such as this alienate PC gamers from certain companies who use them, or even from the platform itself? Or, are such moves necessary in the modern era of videogame piracy and dishonesty in general?

6. PC gaming is, of course, not dying. Multiplatform gaming has, however, become a much more tempting option for traditional big-budget PC developers due to factors such as narrowing of graphical differentiation, HDTV resolution, cost of development, piracy, and ease of porting. This is compounded when you realize that consoles have large companies lobbying and bribing developers for their own exclusive and multiplatform games, while the PC does not. With games like Dragon Age: Origins, and Left 4 Dead going multiplat, is the age of large exclusive high-budget single player games over for the PC?

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.
