Are we talking about the Americas only, or worldwide? If we're talking worldwide, some of these predictions seem fairly unlikely.

Thanksgiving is a US holiday. Does black friday even happen outside the US?

I wasn't really sure and frankly, some of these predictions seem rather unlikely even if you're talking about the U.S. only.

US only:

Wii: 700k
360: 350k
PS3: 200k

150k gap for 360

What's black friday??? :)

But no.. we don't have that in the rest of the world.. cause the rest of the world don't have thanksgiving day.. We don't celebrate American History...

Black Friday is when all the businesses go from the red to the black... in one day.... seriously...

Ok Black Friday is the day after thanksgiving and it's a very VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY /breath VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY busy shopping day. Lines wrapping all around the stor and ALMOST going out the door with people in these lines waiting to pay for their stuff. The sales start on friday (and are usually one day sales and are usually gone before 6 in the morning! and the doors open at 5am!) and they usually last through the weekend but wih sat. and sun. having less of the deals.

Black Friday is the day where soccer moms stampede people over to get tickle me elmos!

i bet it would be less than last year.

Why do you say it "How badly will the 360 beat PS3" Why are you so sure? How do you know? Why can't the PS3 badly beat the 360? Gotta love the 360 fanboys.

It looks like Microsoft and its retail partners are pulling out all the stops this coming Black Friday. Anyone care to guess just how large the sales gap between the 360 and PS3 will be?

lol dont count out WalMart's PS3 sale on Black Friday =P

Which deals they offer? So far only Amazon have great deals on PS3 but limited to just 500 consoles. lol

From what i have heard its something to do with a gift card. All I know. Probably another $100 gift card with a PS3 thing.

Also a ton of Blu-ray movies will be $15 and I think some game deals for all consoles.
