1) How can you say nothing is better than MGS or FF when neither are even out yet? We've got some trailers from one game and a video of someone playing for the other. Not to mention all the other games that are unreleased that could be much better than those two.

2) SE is already supporting Nintendo more than Sony, Kojima has stated he wants to work on the Wii after MGS is finished, and Insomniac is a small time developer. I would hardly call those three "unbeatable" especially when two of them aren't really on Sony's side.

3) Long planned life span does not mean largest market share. In fact, it's more likely to be the other way around, in that having the most market share will give your console the longest life.

4) You can go to hell, I want the profits!

 


 

1 - Trailors are better then wii game trailors thats how.

2 - FF13, FF Versus, Last Remnant. Wheres that bigger support?

3 - PS3 advanced hardware means long life.

3 - No it doesn't, ask those with the "advanced hardware" of the Xbox and Gamecube. Or the Neo-Geo. The life of a console depends on how long developers support it, and nothing else. No one is going to support a console that doesn't have a large install base.

What I would like to see and what will happen are about the same thing, only the point of best games is subjective.

 LOL....I figured this thread was going to be all Nintendo and less Sony and Microsoft...O_O....whereas me I love all of them and I dont mind who wins the wars....because I support all!!!

@game_boy.... as much as use to love nintendo (yeah the 64 killed a little bit of it, except golden eye) and still now with their new ideas.... the innovation on the WII if you are talking about the wiimote.... the first company to really implement a movement sensitive pad was microsoft with the sidewinder collection and motocross madness back then.....

but i still would go for nintendoas in my opinion they are the one who might be the most interested by the fan's opinions... then microsoft because they are not new on the video game market and did a lot of good games even before XB... like flight simulator, the madness collection, age of empire etc.... and then Sony dies... and it's not against the PS3 it's totaly against Sony and it was a feeling I had since the dreamcast.... and i don't like the massive lies they are broadcasting on TV for most of their products... I actually think PS3 might be one of their best

1. I would like to see the wii have the best games (in my opinion it already does... I am just not interested enough in anything I see on the other consoles to spend the money on them). I highly doubt I am going to buy another console so this question was easy.

2. Again, Nintendo. I am not going to buy another console so this is a no brainer.

3. I don't really care. I suppose that if Nintendo has the largest market share then 1 and 2 follow ?

4. I really don't care...

The company that deserves to win this gen is the one with the best games.

1 - what games, i got Uncharted, Ratchet$Clank, Eye of judgement, URT3, Haze, GTA4 this year.  Your line up is dead.

2 - Spin ofs and some (lol) choocobo game is equall to FF13 or Versus. 

3 - Wii hd in 2/3 years, will lacks the power to last long nough to win this gen.

4 - like hell iam!

1. Dead? Metroid, Battalion Wars, Galaxy, Brawl, MOH:H2 and Manhunt 2 is dead? Than what the hell is alive?

2. meh... you have a point, however 3 games confirmed for the PS3 isn't compared to the large install base and cheap development costs that the potential rich Wii has to offer.

3.just like the PS2 right? and before you go on to talk about how the gap wasn't as big, it wouldn't matter anyways. The Wii will sell as long as there are Nintendo's games and the casual market, both of which won't be leaving anytime soon.

4. Both of you can fight to the death!!!

don't mention battalion wars, the game will suck just like the gamecube counterpart, as for manhunt 2, if rockstar does not make changes to lower its AO rating, it won't come out. Besides, you'll need mommy or daddy to purchase the game for you!
