Voilà les charts SELL-GFK des ventes des jeux consoles en France pour la semaine du 27 octobre au 2 novembre 2008.

Avec l'entrée de Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 en 3eme place dans sa version Playstation 2, le monolithe noir de Sony prouve qu'il n'a pas encore tout à fait rendu les armes en France après 8 ans de bons-et fructueux- services pour Sony Computer Entertainment en France. Dragon Ball Z Infinite World prévu début décembre devrait marquer le baroud d'honneur de la console de Sony.
Côté flops, Disaster Day of Crisis (Wii) et Star Ocean: First Departure (PSP) confirment dans le mauvais sens et partiront vite aux oubliettes d'un point de vue strictement commercial.
On attend désormais de pied ferme l'ogre Gears of War 2 sur Xbox 360 qui devrait logiquement prendre la tête du classement dès la semaine prochaine.

@Neos: Not, it is not. Holland is a region in the western part of the Netherlands(Holland - wiki. That was just a clarification I know what most people will think when see "Holland".

@ioi: It's not like it matters but juse becouse people refer to something with a name does not mean they refer to it corectly. When you type "Holland" in wiki it does not take you to Netherlands page it takes you to a region within Netherlands (not even to a disambiguation page).

In my opinion using Holland to describe Netherlands is incorrect even if it's quite a wide practice (not only in English btw).

It looks like sales weren't as big as previously thought.

I estimated WiiMusic sales for week 47 to be between 40k and 75k (using CoD(PS3) as upper limit and Football Manager as lower limit). Becouse its sales increased 67% this week sales (week 46) should be in 24k - 45k range.

That means LBP sold below 45k.

The total weekly value and units chart has reverted back to weeks ending Saturday, the same as the UK software charts.

Activision Blizzard has its eye on world domination with not just ‘World at War’ and ‘World of Warcraft’ but also ‘Guitar Hero: World Tour’ which shoots up the chart from No17 to No6 thanks to the launch of the complete band packs. Sales from these 3 games alone accounted for 25% of all games sold last week.

CoD: WaW, WoW: WoLK, and GH: WT sold 760k combined.
