yeah, square has said before that they weren't paid. Besides, sony is looking to make level 5 their new asset so, you can forget about square.
the two top square producers are supposedly trying to leave S-E and go to sony.

Look mate, Sony messed up, blame them. I for one ain't paying over the odds for a machine that has inferior games. I can get get a Blu Ray player quite cheaply these thank you very much. Drop down in price, release a lot more quality in house exclusives and then I might part with my hard earned cash.
Namco, Square Enix etc.....they are not inhouse and don't have to release a game on one system. It's bad business sense anyway.
Just be glad the JPN haven't embraced the 360 otherwise Sony would've been in HUGE trouble.

Anyways, a lot of bad decisions.
Current-gen game collection uploaded on the profile, full of win and good games; also most of my PC games. Lucasfilm Games/LucasArts 1982-2008 (Requiescat In Pace).

Face it Sony have been the schoolyard bully for two generations and now they are getting a pounding from another bigger bully who packs a harder punch

Trust me. It was arrogance that did Sony in. If you care to find out how I would be glad to tell you. You just say the word. The only restructuring Sony has done was to drop the value of the consolem in parts. Thats all they'll give you. Nothing more.

Sony needs to conjure up a new strategy or plan wisely for their next entry into the console wars.

I think MS gets sued like weekly for antitrust. They've paid out like 9 billion. Their business strategy is to dominate the market and destroy the competition and pay the effing fine. They just won the market and brand recognition for the next 20 years.

Thats a very bold statement. 20 years is a VERY long time. I bet lots of people thought nintendo was infallible after the nes and snes eras and sony after ps1 and ps2 but we've all been proven otherwise. M$ has never come close to winning any generation and you're already projecting for the next 20 years. Remember that sony and M$ are battling for a DISTANT 2nd, the wii has no competition.
Their business strategy works well in the PC market. Can't really blame them for trying to apply it to the gaming industry.
