Thats a very bold statement. 20 years is a VERY long time. I bet lots of people thought nintendo was infallible after the nes and snes eras and sony after ps1 and ps2 but we've all been proven otherwise. M$ has never come close to winning any generation and you're already projecting for the next 20 years. Remember that sony and M$ are battling for a DISTANT 2nd, the wii has no competition.
Their business strategy works well in the PC market. Can't really blame them for trying to apply it to the gaming industry.
