What? Halo3 is worse by 10 seconds? how can that be possible?

I was going to install LO also, but I just realized that I have a 20gb system... >_>

This thread should be stickied.

i need it for mass effect.

Since the most any game has put on a disc is 6.8 gbs, I'ma assume everyone's been right that Microsoft reserves 3.2 gbs for copy protection--weird.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Tag, courtesy of fkusumot: "Why do most of the PS3 fanboys have avatars that looks totally pissed?"
"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

halo is slower? I'll believe it when I see it but until I install it myself I'm going to call bullshit on that.

Do these have to be loaded on an MS formatted drive or can you load them on any USB Drive? I would assume that since you have to have the original disk in, that you can load them on any drive.

But I would like to know for certain. If it is any USB drive I am gonna go buy a terrabyte drive and put my favourite games on it.

My crystal ball tells me MS is going to sell a lot of large HDDs pretty soon...

Machina-AX:

If your 360 is loud due to the DVD drive, then yes, it reduces the noise. As far as I've heard, the noise from a X360 is almost non-existant.

Any info on the load time of skipping a taxi ride in GTAIV, please?

Made me sick when I saw my mate's PS3 GTA taxi ride skip was like 2 seconds compared to the 360's 12 seconds (times are an approximation and shouldn't be held at face value).

Eurogamer says it loads slower as well.
