If you had the chance to make your own console, what features of your own would you add?

I don't want to sound like a fanboy, but I can't immediately think of a feature that i'd want that the PS3 doesn't already have, except for a video playlist option and a broader codec/upscaler support but I'm sure that's do-able by either Linux distro or firmware. I've got a launch model so a lot of data storage cards are already supported...
Perhaps a DVD/BR burner? or draft-n wireless support? we are talking theoretical here after all!

Proud Sony Rear Admiral
Built in DVR.
Digital distribution. Day-one download of new games for a 25% discount over retail. ($45 download vs $60 retail)
Built from off the shelf PC components for power and price advantage
Based off Linux (not any existing version, but a modification of one)
Support for keyboard and mouse, but comes with a motion sensing controller similar to the Wiimote
I'd just take the PS3, double its RAM, and increase the BD reading speed.
The 360, double its RAM and include HDD in all bundles (and allow other manufacturors to make third party HDDs).
Uhm:
- MEGA deals with all developers to bring all games exclusive to my console
- Unlimited backwards compatibility with every console game ever made. (Yes also slots for cartridges ;) )
- Keyboard/mouse, Wii Mote, 360/DualShock/Sixaxis etc. controller support
- Of course the best processor and graphic chip available
- 10 TB HDD and a drive, which can handle Quad-layer Blu-ray discs

Needs to be installed onto its own specialist power grid, I suspect.

Isn't that obvious ?
Not to sound fanboyish but i like what the PS3 offers (80GB b/c sku) just wish they can play every single video format. It'd be nice if they added a UMD slot for PSP games along with a built-in HD projector since it sumtimes resembles a projector. But then people would have to place the PS3 like in the middle of the room and not in their home system shelves.
The ability for all my users to make their own games and then sell it on a network (obviously I would get a cut ;))
