That's a great score,I'm not sure if I should get it for PC or 360.

PC. Better controls, free mods and brand new community maps all for free. There's really no competition between the two.

I wouldn't say "no competition" because the biggest thing with this game is the friend aspect.  I agree with you that technically the PC will be better but the trump card here is being a total co-op experience.  Some of us have a much larger XBL friends list than Steam list so it makes the decision harder.  In other cases the role may be reversed.  I would recommend buying the game on whatever system your friends will be playing it on.

You even have the extreme case like myself where I'll be buying both versions because of that.  I have just about every Valve game released on PC but for this I'm making an exception.  I have the 360 version preordered and will see what deals they have on the PC version on black friday.  I got Orange Box PC last year for $25 on BF.

I knew Valve would deliver...............

Was it ever really in doubt?

AAA for sure, Left 4 Dead and Gears 2 are my idea of gaming heaven this xmas

Bottom line_________________________

That's cool. I'll be interested to see what IGN gives it. I knoe some people around here don't like their reviewing too much but lately they seem to be dead on for my tastes.

"Let justice be done though the heavens fall." - Jim Garrison

"Ask not your horse, if ye should ride into battle" - myself

I expected valve to deliver my only issue is OXM tends to rate high. Mirrors edge and Left 4 dead were both on the radar if the reviews like that keep coming in they both move to must buy

PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

Currently playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, Fallout 3, Halo ODST and Dragon Age Origins is next game

It's made by Valve. Valve have never made a bad game.
They're like a modern Rare.

PLEASE tell me this is a timed exclusive. Ah well, even if they say it's not, look at Bioshock.

Good score , this genre doesn't interest me too much though.

Too many good games are released in a short period of time. What you do is buy the best ones that you want and can afford.
The other great games you wait and buy them next year when there are hardly any good games released during the quiet months of the year.

Great Score for Dead Space FTW.

Gotta down... BUY to Pc.

Don't think they ever said it wouldn't come to PS3.  Valve just said they won't do the port themselves.  I'm sure if sales are good which I assume they will be that somebody will pick up porting duties.  I would wager EA which did the Orange Box.

I don't know how your PC is but if you're jonesing right away Source games aren't the most taxing in the world.  L4D is a little more beefy than say HL2 but playing it respectably shouldn't be a problem.  I play TF2 & Portal on a laptop with an 8400M at medium settings very comfortably.
